物料通过行车倒入1号震动筛选机，筛选机将大颗粒物筛除供后再送入离心机，通过离心方式将物料内的油分离出并收集起来，再通过2号筛选机进一步筛除
大颗粒物后送入料斗，料斗装入一定量物料后打开插板阀通过1号螺旋绞龙输送机送入二合一过滤机，往二合一过滤机内加入洗涤液，经过反复洗涤和过滤达
到产品要求后，打开二合一过滤机出料阀通过2号螺旋绞龙输送机将输送至成品区装袋。

large.When the hopperi filed witha certain amount of material,the plugvalveis opened and the materalis sent intothe two-in-one filte by the No.spiralauger conveyor.Wash water is aded to the two-in-one filter, and after repeated washing and fitering to met the product requirements,the discharge
valve of the-in-one filter is opened and the material is sent to the finished product area for bagging by the No.2 spiral auger conveyor.

物料在反应釜内搅拌反应生成晶体，打开反应釜底部下展阀，通过高低位差将反应釜内固液混合物转移至三合一过滤机，向三合一过滤机内加压将滤液压入母液收集罐得到固体料，再将洗涤液加入三合一过滤机反复洗涤和过滤。启动真空泵，将三合一过滤机抽负压，固体物料在真空环境下加热干燥，在干燥若干小时后取样达标后，通过搅拌桨将物料刮铲入成品料斗。
Materias are stired in th reactor to react and generate crystals,the bottom valve of the reactor is opened,and the solid-liquid mixture in the reactor istransfered to the three-in-one filter though a highand lowleveldiference,and theflter presure is added to the three-in-one filter to obtain solid materials,and then the washin liquid s aded to the thre-in-one filter for repeated washing and fitration.Start the vacum pump,vacuum the thre-in-one flter,heatand dry the solid materals under vacuum,and take samples aer drying for several hours to met the standard,then scrape the materials into the finishedmaterial bin through th siring padle.
