The use and application scope of microporous filters

The working principle of a microporous filter is that sewage enters through the inlet, first passes through a coarse filter screen to filter out larger particles of impurities, and then reaches a fine filter screen. During the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer. As the impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed on the inner and outer sides of the fine filter.

 

When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value of the filter, the automatic cleaning process will begin, during which the clean water supply continues to flow, the cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction pipe drops significantly. Through the pressure difference between the filter cartridge and the suction pipe, a suction force is generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a suction process. At the same time, the filter electric motor drives the suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction.

We all know about microporous filters, now let's introduce the usage method of this product:

1. Before starting up, first check whether the booster pump is running smoothly, whether the connection is tight, and whether all valves are closed.

2. Before starting up, slowly open the inlet valve and exhaust it, then open the outlet valve for normal filtration.

3. Thoroughly clean the microporous filter and filter connection components, and correctly install the filter element and housing.

4. If the filtration pressure difference is found to be greater than 0.1 Mpa or the flow rate significantly decreases, it indicates that most of the aperture of the bag filter element has been blocked. It is recommended that the customer clean or replace the filter element.

They can also be used for pre filtration of most filters. Micro filtration has the characteristics of a wide range of filtration accuracy and a wide range of filtration applications. The principle is mainly mechanical separation technology, and the filtration design is based on the chemical compatibility of different materials to achieve the effect of purifying materials without producing excess impurities.
