设备构成及工作原理Equipment compositio and workingprinciple
1.传动部件:传动部件主要由电机、减速机、传动轴、轴承座、润滑系统、密封等组成。电机减速机带动传动轴及轴上的刮刀机构实现的正、反转,通过刮刀机构的正、反转达到卸除滤饼、碾合引起压力泄露的滤饼裂缝,对需要浆化洗涤的物料,还起搅拌混合的作用。密封保证筒体与传动轴之间不产生泄露,确保筒体内部压力。
2.提升部件:提升部件主要由气缸、导向机构等组成,是保证刮刀上下运动的执行机构。提升部件位置的准确可靠性是至关紧要的,因此,在安装、调试、操作及维护过程中,必需精心保证调整好的行程开关位置,以保证提升部件准确无误的运行,以免因为其位置错误,导致刮刀损坏滤盘及其他严重后果!
3.洗涤部件:洗涤部件实现对筒体内部和滤饼的洗涤。洗涤液从洗涤管入口进入,通过多个洗涤喷嘴,对筒体内部和滤饼实现多次、全方位、连续、均匀的洗涤。
4.上筒体:上筒体由筒体、封头组件、法兰等组成。封头组件包括封头、呼吸阀、安全阀、压力表、视镜、洗涤液入口进料口、压缩空气入口等入口接管。传动部件、提升部件及洗涤部件等都安装在上筒体上。
5.刮刀机构:刮刀机构实现三种功能:(1)卸料:过滤结束后滤盘上形成滤饼,刮刀机构下降并旋转,将滤饼刮起且推到出料阀位排出机外;(2)碾平:在滤饼出现裂缝时,刮刀装置反向转动,将裂缝碾平,避免压力泄露,以保证过滤的正常进行;(3)搅拌混合:对需要再浆化过滤的物料,可起搅拌混合的作用,加速洗涤液与母液的置换,优化洗涤效果。
6.出料阀:采用手动或自动快开式出料阀。安装在筒体一侧,滤饼从其阀口排出。
7.滤盘:由多层金属烧结网构成。可分为整体安装式和分体安装式。整体安装式的滤盘是一个整体。分体安装式的滤盘被分成多块,每块小滤盘独立安装。根据实际需要可选定其过滤精度和材质。滤盘刚性好、过滤精度准确、可反复冲洗、长期使用。滤盘是整个机器的关键部件,其精密性直接关系过滤效果。
8.下筒体:下筒体是安装滤盘的载体。有法兰、筒体、封头、出料阀口、出液口、可移动式支撑架等构成。下筒体可在油缸的作用下,自动被吊到地面,通过可移动式支撑架能快速、方便的移动,方便对滤盘做彻底清洗。
9.机架:机架是整个机器的支撑。机架支腿有地脚螺栓孔位。
10.自控系统:本机的控制通过PLC或电脑进行集中控制,通过压力控制器、温度控制器、行程开关、接近开关和料位探测器等进行监控与反馈,从而实现全自动控制。

2.Lifing part:The lifing part s mainly composed of air cyinder,guide mechanism,ete.,which is the executive mechanism to ensure the up andmovement of the scraper.The acurate reliabliy of the position of th lifting part is crucial,so in the proces of installtion,commisioning,operationand maintenance,it sto carefulyensurethe position of he adjusted travel switch,so asto ensure the acurate and eror-tre operation ofthe lifting part,so asto avoid the damage of the scra to the filter disk and other serious consequences due to its position errorl
3.Washing parts:The washing parts realiz the washing of the inner partof the cylinder and theflter cake.The washing solution enters from the washing
inlet,pases through multiple washing nozles,and washes the inner part of the cylinder and th flter cake fo many times,all-round,continuously and
evenly.
4.Top cylinder:The upper cylinder is composed of a cylinder,a head assemby,a fange,etc.The head component includes a head,a breather valve,
safety valve,a presure gauge,a sight glass,a washing solution inlet feed port,acompressed airinet and other nlet pipes.Transmission parts,lifing parts
and washing parts etc.are all installed on the top cylinder.
5.Scraper mechansm;scraper mechanism to achieve thre functions:(1)Discharge:After the fiteris finished,the filter cake is formed on the filter disc,
and the scraper mechanism islowered and rotated,and the fiter cake is scraped up and pushed to the material valve and dischargedout of the machine;
(2)Grinding When the flter cake cracks,the scraper device turms in reverse to grind the cracks fat to avoid pressure leakage to ensure the normal
fltration;(3)Mixing:For the material tht need tobe repulped an filtered,it can play the role of mixing acelerate the replacement ofthe washing liquid
and the mother liquid,and optimize the washingeffect.
6.Discharge valve:A manual orautomatic quick-opening discharge valve is ued.I is installed onone side of the cylinder,and cake is discharged from
its valve port.
7.iterplate:It is composed of muli-layer metal sintered mesh.It canbe divided into integralinstallation type and separate insallation type.The filter of
integral intalation type is a whole.The flter plate of separate installation type is divided into multiple pices,and each smallflter plate is installed
independenty.According to actual needs,fitraton acuracyand material can be selected.The filter plate has good rigidity,accurate filtration accuracy,can be repeatelly washed and used for a long time.The flter plate is the part of the whole machine,and its precision is diectly related to the filtration
effect.
8.Lower cylinder:The lowr cylinder is the carier for instaling theflter plate.It consists of flanges,cylinder body,heads,discharge valve port liquidoutlet,and movable support frame,ct.Thelower cylinder can be automaticllylife to the ground underthe action of the oilcylinder,and the movable
support frame can be quickly and easily moved to facilitate the thorough cleaning of the flter disc.
9.Frame:The frame is the supportof the whole machine.The frame legs have foundation bolt holes,10.Self-control system:The controlofthis machine is centralized through PLCor computer,and monitored and fed back through pressure controller,
temperature controller travel switch,proximity switch and material level detector,so as to achievefull-automatic control.
工作流程:
第一步:进料
将搅拌器停在最底部,此时启动搅拌轴旋转,同时开始向过滤器内部加入物料,通过搅拌,可使悬浮液中的固体不致于在过滤介质中快速沉淀。在相当数量的滤液通过后,搅拌器可以升起旋转搅拌,使过滤更充分。
第二步:过滤
待过滤料液混合均匀后,移动搅拌轴至最高点,停止搅拌开始过滤,过滤可采用抽滤和压滤同时进行。
第三步:挤压
当过滤后滤液开始减少,滤饼的表面有破裂,马上启动搅拌器,逆时针方向运行,刮铲底部此时要保持在高于滤饼表面的高度。通过搅拌轴旋转的同时向下移动,将滤饼挤压成更小的颗粒,以便能够将滤液挤出,同时避免出现过滤短路现象,提高过滤效率。
第四步:循环洗涤
滤饼形成后,通过加洗涤液再次将滤饼打浆,使滤饼中的每一个微粒与洗涤液充分接触。重复过滤操作直到滤饼再次形成。为了获得好的滤饼或者得到在滤饼中很少残留的滤出液,洗涤和打浆可根据需要多次重复进行。
第五步:干燥过程
滤饼在被搅拌器逐层刮疏松的同时,设备侧壁、滤板底部、搅拌桨叶同时对滤饼加热,湿份迅速蒸发达到干燥的效果,通过设备内真空的方法加快蒸发速度,也可通入处理后的热氮气等介质带走蒸发的湿份,使物料加速干燥,提高干燥效果。
第六步:出料过程
在出料前,打开拌气阀卸除机内压力,然后旋出出料阀的顶杆,打开出料阀口,改变搅拌轴旋转方向为顺时针方向旋转,使其和湿饼出料方向一致,逐渐降低搅拌轴,滤饼将被缓慢刮下并且自动出料。
Workflow:

Step2:Filtering
After the flter material liquid is mixed evenly,move the stiring shaft to the highest point,stop stirring and strt fltering Fiteringcan be caried out
simultaneouslyby suction filtration and pressure filtration.
Step3:Squeezing
When thefiltrate begins to decrease after fltration and the surface of th filter cake ruptures,immediately start themixer and run counterclockwise.The
bottom of the scraper should be keptat aheight higher than the surface of the filter cake.By rotatingthe stiring shaft while moving downwards the filter
cake is squeczed into smaller particles sothat th filtrate can be suezed out whileavoidingfltration short circuits and improvingfiltration ficiency.
Step4:Circular washing
After the cake is formed,the cake is beaten again by adding the washing liquid so that each particle in the cake isfullyin contact with the washing liquid.
Repeat the fiteringoperation until he cake formsagain.In order to obtain a good fiter cake or to obtain a fltr liquid withlitleresidue in the filter cake,
washing and beating can be repeated as many times as necessary.
Step5:Drying process
While theflter cake is gradullyloosened by the agitator,the sidewalls ofthe equipment,the bottom of th flter plat,and the agitator blades heat the
filter cake at the same time,and the moisture evaporates rapidly to achieve the dryingeffect.The evaporation rate can be acelerated by the vacummethod inside the equipment,or the treated hot nitrogen gas and other media can be introduced to remove the evaporated moisture,accelerating the
drying of the mateial and improvin its quality

Step6:Discharge process
Before discharge,open the exhaust valve to remove the pressure in the machine,then unscrew the ejector rod of the discharge valve,open the dischargevalve port,change the rotation direction of the mixing shaft to clockwise rotation,so that it is consistent with the discharge direction of the wet cake,
graduallylower the mixing shaf,thefilter cake will be slowly scraping offand automatic discharge.
