设备构成及工作原理Equipment composition and working principle
本机为筒锥式结构，主要由减速机、机架、机械密封、封头、筒体、烧结网、底盘升降油缸、螺旋型搅拌桨、锥体、固体出料装置等几部分构成。其锥体或筒体内设置有多层孔板及过滤介质叠合而成的过滤装置，内部设置有搅拌轴和变角度变导程螺旋搅拌装置，在过滤时对物料进行搅拌、提升和刮料操作，在卸料时自动推出滤饼。本机可进行真空过滤或加压过滤。在过滤过程中，机内刮刀不断把滤网上的滤饼刮下，使物料在薄层滤饼条件下进行过滤，过滤速率很高。物料如需洗涤，可先将料浆在机内滤干，然后加入洗涤液，利用机内刮刀、搅拌器及挤压螺旋等的旋转搅拌，使滤饼再浆，这时再通过加压或抽真空的方法把再浆料过滤成滤饼。这样反复多次再浆过滤，可把物料彻底进行洗涤，最终再把滤饼全部挤出机外。
This machine has acylindrical conical structure,mainly consisting of a gearbox,frame,mechanical seal,head,cylinder,sintering scren chassislifingcylinder,spiral mixing padle,cone,solid discharge device and other parts.Its cone or cylinder is eguipped wth a multi-layer perforated plate and filtermiediumlam intoa flterdevice,andit isequipped with a stiring shaftandayariable angle yariablepich spiral stiringdeviceinside,which canstir,iftand5crapethe material duringfiltrationand automaticlly push out the filter cake during discharge.This machine can perform vacum filtration or pressurefiltration.Duringthefiltration proces,the scraperinsidethe machine continuously scrapesthefilteron thefilter screen,allowingthe material tobefileredunder theconadition of thi flercake,and th fltration rate isyery high.Ifthe material needs to be washed,can first befilered dry in the machine,andthen the washing liquid is aded,and thefilter cake is re-sluryby the rotation of the scraper stirer extrusion spiral inside the machine.At this time,there-slurry materia is filtered into aflter cake by pressurizing or vacumizing.By repeating th re-ury filtration for several times,the material can bethoroughly washed,and finally the filter cake is completely sjucezed out ofthe machine.

工作流程FlowofWork
1、进料与过滤：需要分离的混合物通过进料口送入筒锥体内，混合物在压力差的驱动下，按照由下至上的方向逐渐上升。固体颗粒被过滤垫阻挡并留在上层，液体则通过过滤垫进行过滤，悬浮液中的细小颗粒、杂质等被过滤垫捕捉，液体渗透到内层的过滤板，最终通过小孔进入中央空腔，由液压系统送到出液口进行后续处理。
2、洗涤：过滤完成后，可加入洗涤液对物料进行洗涤。洗涤液通过泵或其他方法连续压入，利用洗涤液的压力进行过滤，同时搅拌装置不断搅拌，滤液从滤液出口连续排出，直至达到洗涤要求。
3、干燥：在干燥阶段，筒体夹套、锥体夹套、空心轴、空心螺带同时对物料进行加热，并在顶部抽真空，对物料进行真空密闭低温干燥，干燥后自动密闭出料。

3.Drying:In the dryingstage,the jacket of the cylinde,th jacketof the cone,the hollow shaf,and the hollowspiral belt heat the material and the vacumis drawn from the top,and the material is vacuum-closed and dried at low temperature.After drying,the discharge is automaticallysealed
