KYCL微孔精密二合一过滤机

KYCL微孔精密二合一过滤机具有过滤、洗涤功能，其筒体内含有滤芯及滤板，滤芯可选用不锈钢、钛棒、PA/PE烧结滤芯、梅花管套布袋式滤芯等，底部滤板可选用烧结板或滤布，内部设置有桨叶，可对物料进行搅拌、提升和刮料操作、在卸料时自动推出滤饼。本机可进行真空过滤或加压过滤，在过滤过程中，主要采用过滤面积更大的滤芯过滤，最后设备内残液用底部滤板压干。过滤完成后加入洗涤液，通过桨叶搅拌充分洗涤，再重复上述过滤过程，达到要求后刮刀出料。
KYCL microporous precision 2-in-1filter has the function offitering and washing,the cylinder contains a fiterelement and a filter plate,the filter element can be selected stainless stel,titanium rod,PA/PE sintered flterelemen,the bag type filter element,ete.The bottom filter plate can be selected sintered plate or filter cloth,theinternal blade is provided,the material can be stired,lifted and scraped operation,and the filter cake can beautomatically launched duringunloading.The machine can be vacuum filtration or pressure filtration,in the filtration proces,mainly usingflterelement with larger filter area filtration,and fnallythe residual iquid in the equipment ispressed dry withthe bottom filter plate.After completion of filtration,add the washing liquid,stirthrough the blade to wash fully,and then repeat the abovefltration process,to meet the requirements after the scraper discharge.
