钛滤芯是以高纯钛为原料配合特殊工艺，经高压、高温烧结而成；因而，钛滤芯以其特殊的材料组成和成型工艺，使其具有很多优良性能：
1、强度高，耐压能力强(不易脱落);
2、结构均匀、孔隙率高、过滤阻力小、渗透性好；
3、耐高(低)温性能强(蒸汽过滤);
4、耐腐蚀能力强(在水和药液中无锈蚀》;
5、使用寿命长(为一般膜滤芯的几倍);
6、硬度高，反冲洗容易(易实现在线冲洗);
7、对人体的亲和能力强；
8、成型、加工方便，可根据要求加工成各种形状的滤芯。
