不锈钢板框过滤器适用于过滤浓度50%以下，粘度较低、含渣量较少的液体作密闭过滤以达到提纯，清洁、澄清等精滤，脱活性炭、除微粒等半精滤的要求，直接选用微孔滤膜过滤可达更高要求。
本机过滤面积大，流量大，适用范围大，所以在制药、化工、食品等行业有着广泛的用途。本机除配用电机外，其他机件均采用优质不锈钢材料制成。本机应用加压密封过滤，滤液损耗少，过滤质量好，效率高。过滤部分由多层滤板组成，过滤面积大，流量大，且可根据被滤溶液的不同生产工艺(初滤、脱活性炭、除微粒、半精滤、精滤)的要求，更换不同过滤耗材，及根据用户生产流量的大小适当增加或减少滤板层数，使之符合生产所需。
本机滤板采用平面螺纹网状形，结构紧凑，不易变形，易于清洗，能有效的支撑过滤所需耗材的同时及时导出液体。从而延长各种过滤耗材的适用寿命，降低生产成本。
